- Water from the Maritime Alps
- Barley malt from our fields in Basilicata and Apulia - Italy
- Hops from our fields in Piozzo and Busca, Italy
- Gentian, chamomile and passionflower from Piedmont, Italy
- Yeast grown at our brewery in Piozzo, Italy

INGREDIENTS: water, barley, malt, hops, coriander, passion flower, chamomile (0.1%) gentian, yeast. Store below 80 F
Serve at 44 F - 4 6 F
